Step 1 Download & Install
1. Download and install 'nRF Connect for Mobile' from the App Store.
Update Change Log
Puffpaw Upgrade 2.1:
1. Added hardware data caching.
2. Caches vape data when Bluetooth is disconnected.
3. Automatically uploads cached data after reconnection.
Download Puffpaw Firmware Package 2.1.zip
2. Download firmware upgrade package on your phone.
Step 2 Open & Connect
1. Open 'nRF Connect for Mobile' and type 'puff' in the 'Name' box of the 'Scanner' page.
2. Select your device from the search results and connect.
Note: Press and hold the top button for 5 seconds to check your vape name. See below
Step 3 Load Firmware File
1. Tap the fifth tab, scroll down, and tap 'Open Document Picker'.
2. Find and select the firmware package and confirm the version.
Step 4 Start Upgrade
1. Tap the 'Start' button to begin upgrading. The upgrade takes 10 seconds. Keep Bluetooth connected.
Note: Keep battery above 50% and Bluetooth connected during the upgrade.
2. When the status shows 'Success', the process is complete.
Note: After the upgrade, the device will restart automatically. If not, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Step 5 Verify the Upgrade
1. Hold the top button for 5 seconds to view the firmware version.
2. Confirm that it matches the upgrade version.
Note: Congratulations, you successfully completed the upgrade.
